Seven race weekends across Europe, then a final showdown in the mountains of Utah. The 2027 UCI XCO/XCC World Cup opens in Nové Město na Moravě on 21–23 May and ends at Soldier Hollow on 25–26 September. Both overall titles have gone to a different rider every year since 2023, so nobody starts the season as the clear favourite.

- Final: Soldier Hollow, Utah, USA, 25–26 September 2027
- 2026 champions: Luca Martin (XCO and XCC), Jenny Rissveds (XCO), Sina Frei (XCC)

Lake Placid drops off, leaving Soldier Hollow as the only American round and the final. The World Championships go to Les Gets (a brief history of the XCO Worlds).
Switzerland has won 11 of the 22 XCO overall titles since 2015, six of them by Nino Schurter. Since his retirement after 2025, the title has been wide open. Final 2026 points: men, women.
